1. Arrival Time: Guests must report 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the tour.

3. Alcohol Consumption: Consumption of alcohol is prohibited on certain tours.
4. Hotel Pickup: If our vehicle cannot reach your hotel due to narrow roads or construction, you will be picked up from the nearest accessible location.
5. Pickup Waiting Time: Our pickup vehicle will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for customers. If you fail to arrive on time, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation.
6. Ticket Examination: Every tourist must carefully check their ticket for the date of journey, seat number, starting place, etc. Report to the office at the designated time to get your bus number inserted on the ticket.
7. Cancellation Policy: 50% cancellation charges apply for cancellations made on the day prior to the journey. No cancellations or alterations are accepted on the day of the journey.
8. Right to Cancel or Delay: The firm reserves the right to cancel or delay the journey without providing a reason.
9. Liability: The company assumes no responsibility for the loss, damage, injury, or theft of passenger belongings.
10. Minimum Tour Requirement: Tours operate subject to a minimum of 12 passengers in a minibus and 25 passengers in a bus. Children above 5 years will be charged full fare.
11. Breakdowns and Delays: The firm is not responsible for vehicle breakdowns or delays due to ferry crossings or other unforeseen circumstances.
12. Tour Timings: Guests must strictly adhere to the timings provided by the guide during the tour.
13. Legal Jurisdiction: In case of disputes, the subject matter will fall under Panjim jurisdiction.
